Katherine Hubbard
Dr. Katherine Hubbard is a Lecturer in the Sociology Department at University of Surrey in Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom. She is a historian of the medical and social sciences with a particular interest in feminist and queer histories. Dr. Hubbard is a former winner of the Mary Brayburn scholarship from the Federation of Women Graduates (2014) and the BPS Psychology of Women postgraduate prize (2016). Her research interests include philosophy of science, critical psychology, and the history of psychology & medicine. Dr. Hubbards's work particularly empasizes an inter-disciplinary approach (including sociological, psychological and historical components) within queer feminist studies and methodologies.
